ORDERING & PAYMENT
Q: How do I place an order on your site?
Browse the product descriptions and click “Buy Now” or “Add to Cart” for items you wish to purchase.
If you have a coupon code, enter it in the “Coupon Code” box, select your delivery date and shipping method, then click “Checkout.”
Log in using your Username and Password. If you don’t have an account, you’ll need to register.
Confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “Continue.”
Choose your payment method and click “Next.”
Review your billing details, agree to the terms and conditions, and click “Confirm Order” to complete your purchase.
Q: What payment methods are available?
Online Banking (FPX)
Debit/Credit Card: We accept VISA and Mastercard (both Credit and Debit) with 3D Secure.
e-Wallet
e-Coupon & e-Voucher: Enter the code at checkout.
ABADI Rewards Points: Earn points on purchases (RM10 = 1 point). Redeem 100 points for RM10 off. Points expire after 12 months.
Q: Can I cancel an existing order?
No, cancellations are not allowed once an order is placed.
COUPON CODE
Q: Where can I find coupon codes?
Coupon codes are available on our website and ABADI Facebook Page.
Q: How do I use a coupon code?
Enter the code in the “Coupon Code” box at checkout and click “Apply Coupon.” Discounts will be applied immediately. Note that only one coupon code can be used per purchase, and it cannot be the sole payment method.
Q: I forgot to use my coupon code. Can I apply it now?
Unfortunately, you cannot apply a coupon code after the order is placed.
Q: My coupon code didn’t work. What should I do?
If your code is valid but not working, contact us via WhatsApp at 018-9651833 or email cs@topfruits.com.my. Coupon codes can only be applied at the time of order placement.
Q: How do coupon codes affect returns?
Refunds for returned items will be based on the net amount paid after applying any discounts.
DELIVERY
Q: Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver only to West Malaysia.
Q: How long does delivery take?
Klang Valley: 1-3 working days
Other areas in West Malaysia: 2-5 working days
Please note that deliveries are not available on Sundays or Public Holidays.
Q: Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?
Yes, pick-up is available on weekdays from 11am to 5pm (excluding Public Holidays) at:
M1, Jalan ML 16, ML 16 Industrial Park, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor.
Q: I haven’t received my order. What should I do?
If you haven’t received a status update within 7 working days after the delivery confirmation email, please email cs@topfruits.com.my for assistance.
